3. Types of cookies used, by purpose
3.1. Necessary cookies

Do pomiaru ruchu i statystyki korzystania z serwisu (np. liczba odwiedzin, najczęściej oglądane podstrony) Usługodawca stosuje Matomo - narzędzie analityczne hostowane we własnej infrastrukturze (na serwerze psallio.com), bez przekazywania danych do podmiotów zewnętrznych. Matomo działa w trybie bez plików cookies (nie zapisuje żadnych cookies w urządzeniu Użytkownika), respektuje ustawienie przeglądarki "Do Not Track" oraz przetwarza dane w sposób ograniczony (m.in. skrócony adres IP) wyłącznie do celów statystycznych. Ponieważ narzędzie nie zapisuje cookies ani nie identyfikuje Użytkownika, jego działanie nie wymaga zgody i opiera się na prawnie uzasadnionym interesie Usługodawcy (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO) polegającym na analizie i ulepszaniu serwisu.
3.4. Third-party cookies and technologies
Within the Service, cookies and resources originating from external entities cooperating with the Service Provider may be used:
- Paddle - the Payment Operator acting as the Merchant of Record (seller of record). Paddle cookies are used in the payment process, including to handle and secure transactions and to prevent abuse. Czcionki wyświetlane w serwisie są hostowane lokalnie na serwerze psallio.com (self-hosting). Ich pobranie następuje wyłącznie z serwera serwisu i nie wiąże się z połączeniem przeglądarki z serwerami podmiotów zewnętrznych (np. Google Fonts) ani z przekazaniem adresu IP Użytkownika do takich podmiotów.

Narzędzie analityczne Matomo działa bez plików cookies, dlatego nie zostało ujęte w powyższej tabeli; szczegóły opisano w pkt 3.3. Podobnie lokalnie hostowane czcionki nie wiążą się z zapisem cookies.
5. Basis for using cookies and consent
- Cookies niezbędne (techniczny plik cookie sesji) są stosowane bez zgody Użytkownika, ponieważ są konieczne do świadczenia usługi i prawidłowego działania serwisu.
- Cookies operatora płatności Paddle są ustawiane wyłącznie w trakcie korzystania z mechanizmu płatności uruchamianego na wyraźne żądanie Użytkownika i są niezbędne do realizacji tej płatności.
Serwis nie stosuje cookies analitycznych, marketingowych ani innych cookies wymagających zgody: analityka Matomo działa bez plików cookies (pkt 3.3), a czcionki są hostowane lokalnie. Z tego względu serwis nie wyświetla banera zgody na cookies. Gdyby w przyszłości Usługodawca wprowadził cookies wymagające zgody, będą one stosowane dopiero po jej uprzednim uzyskaniu, a udzieloną zgodę Użytkownik będzie mógł w każdej chwili wycofać ze skutkiem na przyszłość.
Niezależnie od powyższego Użytkownik może samodzielnie zarządzać plikami cookies oraz je usuwać poprzez ustawienia przeglądarki, w sposób opisany w punkcie 6.
