- The User may cancel the automatic renewal of the monthly subscription at any time from the Account settings or by contacting the Service Provider at kontakt@psallio.com. Canceling the renewal results in no further charges after the end of the current Billing Period; access to paid functions remains active until the end of the paid Billing Period.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to change the prices of the Plans. A change in prices does not affect Subscriptions already paid for and takes effect from the next Billing Period. The User will be informed of a price change applicable to a renewed subscription with appropriate advance notice, with the option to cancel before the change takes effect.
Section 7. Right of withdrawal from the agreement
- A User who is a Consumer and a User who is an Entrepreneur with consumer rights have the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days from the date of its conclusion, without giving any reason and without incurring any costs, subject to paragraph 3.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, an unequivocal statement of withdrawal from the Agreement must be submitted to the Service Provider, for example by sending it to the e-mail address kontakt@psallio.com. The model withdrawal statement provided below may be used for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before it expires.
- Notice regarding digital content and services. If the User has requested that the provision of the service (access to the paid functions of the Service) begin before the expiry of the period for withdrawal from the Agreement and has given their express consent to this and acknowledged that they will thereby lose the right of withdrawal from the Agreement upon its full performance by the Service Provider - the right of withdrawal expires upon the full performance of the service. In the event of withdrawal before the full performance of the service, the User is obliged to pay for the performance rendered up to the moment of withdrawal, in proportion to the scope of the service rendered up to that moment.

- The Service Provider considers the complaint without undue delay, no later than within 14 days from the date of its receipt, and informs the User of the manner of its handling at the e-mail address provided.
- Complaints relating to the payment itself, the sales documents issued (invoices or receipts), or refunds should also be directed to the Payment Operator - Paddle, in accordance with the Paddle buyer terms, since it is Paddle, as the Merchant of Record, that handles the payment layer of the transaction.
Section 9. Duration of the agreement, termination of the agreement, and deletion of the account
- The Agreement for maintaining the Account is concluded for an indefinite period. The Agreement for the provision of paid functions is in force for a period corresponding to the selected Billing Period and, in the case of a monthly subscription, is automatically extended on the terms set out in Section 6.
- The User may terminate the Agreement at any time by deleting the Account or by sending an appropriate request to kontakt@psallio.com. Termination of the Agreement during a paid Billing Period does not, as a rule, result in a refund of the fee for the unused portion of that period, subject to mandatory provisions of law and the provisions on withdrawal from the Agreement.
- The Service Provider may terminate the Agreement or suspend or delete the User's Account for important reasons, in particular in the event of:
- a material or repeated breach of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions,
- the User posting unlawful content or content infringing the rights of third parties,
- using the Service in a manner that threatens its security or stability,

- The User declares that they hold all rights or consents necessary for posting and processing the content posted in the Service and that its use within the Service does not infringe the rights of third parties, including economic and moral copyright and related rights.
- The posting of unlawful content is prohibited, including content that infringes the rights of third parties, good morals, or applicable provisions of law.
- The User grants the Service Provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the posted content solely to the extent necessary for the provision of services within the Service, that is, in particular for its storage, technical reproduction, display, sharing with the participants and leaders indicated by the User, and presentation in live mode. The license expires upon the deletion of the content or the Account, except for actions necessary for the proper termination of the service and those arising from the provisions of law.
- The Service Provider is not obliged to continuously monitor the content posted by Users. Upon receipt of an official notification or credible information about the unlawful nature of content, the Service Provider may disable access to it, in accordance with the provisions of law.
Section 11. Liability of the Service Provider and technical breaks
- The Service Provider undertakes to provide the services with due diligence and to ensure the conformity of the service with the Agreement in accordance with applicable regulations, including the consumer rights provisions concerning digital services.
- The provisions of these Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit the rights of the Consumer and of the Entrepreneur with consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of law. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and those provisions, the provisions of law shall prevail.
- The Service Provider makes efforts to ensure that the Service is available continuously. The Service Provider reserves the right to temporary technical breaks necessary for the maintenance, updating, or expansion of the Service. Where possible, planned breaks will be carried out during hours of lower traffic, and the Service Provider will give advance notice of longer breaks.
- The Service Provider is not liable for interruptions or disruptions in the operation of the Service resulting from causes beyond the Service Provider's control, in particular from force majeure, failures on the part of telecommunications service providers, or the User's devices. The limitation of liability does not apply to Consumers and Entrepreneurs with consumer rights to the extent that it would be impermissible in light of applicable regulations.
Section 12. Personal data
- The controller of the Users' personal data is the Service Provider - Twoje-Miasto Sp. z o.o.
- Szczegółowe zasady przetwarzania danych osobowych, cele, podstawy prawne, okresy przechowywania oraz prawa osób, których dane dotyczą, określa Polityka prywatności.
- In all matters relating to the protection of personal data, you may contact us at kontakt@psallio.com.
Section 13. Out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims
- A User who is a Consumer has the option of using out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims. Their use is voluntary.
- The available methods include in particular:
- applying to the municipal or district consumer ombudsman for free legal assistance,
- applying to the competent voivodeship inspector of the Trade Inspection (WIIH) with a request to initiate mediation proceedings or to have the dispute resolved by the permanent amicable consumer court operating at the WIIH,
- seeking the assistance of social organizations whose statutory tasks include the protection of consumers,
- obtaining information on the protection of consumer rights on the website of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), at https://www.uokik.gov.pl.

- Notwithstanding the above, with respect to payments handled by the Payment Operator (Paddle), the complaint procedures provided for in the Paddle buyer terms may also apply.
Section 14. Final provisions
- The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important reasons, in particular in the event of a change in the provisions of law, a change in the scope or manner of provision of services, a change in the payment model, or technical requirements.
- The Service Provider will inform Users of any amendment to the Terms and Conditions by publishing the new content of the Terms and Conditions in the Service and, with respect to Users who have an Account, by electronic means to the e-mail address assigned to the Account, with appropriate advance notice before the changes take effect.
- A User who does not accept the amended Terms and Conditions may terminate the Agreement by deleting the Account before the date on which the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.
- In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code, the Act on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means, and the Act on Consumer Rights.
- The law applicable to the Agreement is Polish law. The choice of Polish law does not deprive the Consumer of the protection afforded to them under provisions that cannot be excluded by agreement, in force in the country of their habitual residence.
- Any disputes arising from the Agreement shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction in accordance with applicable regulations. In the case of a Consumer, the jurisdiction of the court is determined according to the general provisions. In the case of a User who is neither a Consumer nor an Entrepreneur with consumer rights, the court having jurisdiction is the court having local jurisdiction over the Service Provider's registered office.
